What Context Web collects

Account identity (name and verified email), OAuth connection records, and the maps, tasks, decisions, comments, and artifacts that you or your connected agents explicitly send.

Why it is used

To authenticate you, carry work between agents, show task status and review gates, operate the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Sharing and recipients

New maps are private. You may make a map public by link; its child issues and attached artifacts inherit that choice. Public access can be revoked in Context Web. Service providers used for hosting, storage, authentication, and monitoring process data only to operate Context Web.

Retention, deletion, and security

Data is kept while your account or map remains active and for a limited backup and security period afterward. Delete artifacts or maps in Context Web, or contact support to request account deletion. OAuth tokens are revocable and passwords are never stored in plaintext.

Do not submit sensitive data

Do not use Context Web for confidential employer information, credentials, health or payment data, regulated records, or other material you are not authorized to share.

Contact support for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
